Data Policy
This policy explains how Noctis FZE structures report data, scan media, product tiers, retention, deletion, and exports.
The saved record contains account identity, email, report score, metric values, context selections, objective, preferences, consent version, timestamps, entitlement references, and audit events where required.
NOCTIS does not store raw camera frames, face images, biometric templates, medical diagnoses, or unnecessary special-category data by default.
Image history is a separate feature and requires explicit opt-in. If enabled later, users must receive clear retention, deletion, and export controls before images are stored.
Tier 1 and Tier 2 may control report depth, scan limits, saved history, progress views, exports, notifications, support, and optional image history. Tiers should not change the privacy default without separate consent.
NOCTIS should store only what improves the report, account continuity, entitlement enforcement, support, security, or legal compliance.
Account deletion should remove account-linked reports, preferences, consent-linked optional media, and entitlements unless limited retention is required for billing, fraud prevention, audit integrity, security, or law.
Users should be able to export report metrics, preferences, consent history, and account records. Face images should appear only if image history was explicitly enabled.
Admin tools should be restricted to authorized NOCTIS operators, with role-gated access, audit logs, and least-privilege controls.
